Our biggest expense are the staff to walk, clean, play and feed your pets - the only way for us to reduce our prices is to reduce the quality of the care we provide and that is something we do not intend to do.

Our wages bill is our biggest single overhead making up over half our yearly costs. We try to keep our prices as low as possible but also maintain our standards of care & 5 star rating.

Farcroft currently have 8 full time members of staff and 3 part time members, all of whom have a pet qualifcation or are working towards one.

Please note: WE CHARGE DOUBLE ON ALL BANK HOLIDAYS

ALL prices quoted include VAT at 20%.

Payment for boarding includes day of arrival plus the day of departure, NOT the number of nights. UNUSED DAYS must be paid for as booked unless we are given 2 weeks notice of change. Any part of the day counts as a whole day. For example a Friday to Monday board would = 4 day stay.

If you have 1 dog you pay the single/1st dog price according to the size of your dog. If you have a 2nd/3rd/4th dog from same household sharing a kennel, you pay 1st,2nd and so on. Same for the cats

With up to 4 dogs sharing in a family pen or upto 2 dogs sharing in a standard pen

 The package includes:

• A range of over 20 of the most popular feeds
• Twice daily walks & garden off lead time, time spent in our enclosed play area's & daily enrichment.
• Special diets and medications administered
  Heating when required. Fans to keep cool.

Any dog that does not leave by 10:00am will incur normal daily rates i.e. will be charged for 2 full days. This service cannot be used where we would normally be closed over Bank Holidays.

Our catteries are licensed to house up to 3 cats from the same family. or 4 cats in 2 joined pens. We have large food range which is included in the price or you are welcome to bring your own food if it is one we do not supply or is prescription.

Cats are cleaned twice daily and throughout the day when needed. Medication given at no extra cost including injections by trained staff.

Heating included when needed via heating panels &  heat mats if cats are old and during the hot months, each pen has it's own fan to keep the cats nice and cool.

We use pet rescue plug in's and sprays in the catteries to help create a stress free environment. Have a variety of toys for enrichment with each pen having a 3 level cat sctracher as standard. Lots of cuddles are given for free as part of their daily enricement and also includes brushing & daily treats if this is something they enjoy.

 Out of hours drop off or collection outside of our usual hours will now be possible between 7:00 a.m. and 9.00p.m by prior arrangement for an additional £50.00.

I know in the past some people have had issues with arriving during our usual hours and where possible we have tried to help but we have been limited by our own availability – by making a charge for this service we will now be in a position to pay a member of staff to stay late or start early when required.
